INSTALLATION TIPS:
Drill 4 to 6 holes in the bottom of the planter. Install your planter on a 4" layer of gravel. Also, fill the inside with 4" of gravel (¼" to ¾") for drainage. Your planter should then last you for 10-15 years!
Also, if you plan to use your planter for a christmas tree (see suggested uses over the seasons below), you might want to screw a couple of stainless steel screw eyes on the lip of the planter to secure the tree with rope. The tree, in a dormant position, will stay green from November to April.
